It is 돈가스 DonGas, some kind of pork cutlet. 돈가스 is originally from Japan, and now many Koreans love it. 돈 mean 豚, pig. 가스 gas means cutlet. Because the name of this food is also from Japan, 돈가스's pronounciation is similar to the name of this food in Japanese.
It is student version. That means : the amount of rice is specially big for hungry students. It's not for normal Koreans.
