Seol Leong Tang 설렁탕

This is Seol Leong Tang 설렁탕, is the Guk 국(soup) made from beef. And noodles, green onions, etc. are added. We Koreans love to make 국 from beef, pork, chicken, or bone of them, and vegetables.
설렁탕 is one of these soups of Korea, and usually served with a bowl of rice, and makes good harmony with Kakdugi 깍두기(Sort of Kimchi).
