These are 군만두 fried dumplings which are served normally in Chinese restaurant. We usually don't order this food, but is serverd as a bonus when we order another dish like
탕수육 Tang su yuk, or many dishes of
자장면 Ja jang myeon, and etc... It's greasy and crisp... :)
