It's getting more and more people from other countries living in Korea. Especially many of them are Korean-Chinese(조선족), who can speak Korean well. So there are many services for them in the area where they are living. The photo above is some kind of international call center for them. They can call overseas in each of seat, and should pay the charge for calling.
