As you would have seen in my blog, Pat Bing Su 팥빙수 is the most coolest snack of Summer. It's made of adjuki bean with sugar, ice cream, many kinds of fruit or snack, and ice. Whenever I feel steamy heat, I think of 팥빙수. :) 6

It is Pat-Bing-Su 팥빙수, so-called Adjuki bean sherbet(is this word from Japan? Hmmm... I don't know). 팥빙수 is very delicious meal. As you can see, It is made of red beans with sugar syrup, ice cream, fruits, and ice. It is very cool in hot summer, get rid of heat in my body absolutely. But it is also good in winter, too.
