Korean food again... The yellow and brown one is gool-jun 굴전, which is made of oysters. Red one is jo-ge-jut 조개젓, it is salted clam. And white liquor in bowl is mak-gul-li 막걸리 of which I have introduced earlier. Gool-jun, jo-ge-jut, and mak-gul-li makes perfect harmony. :)

It is one of Korean pancakes, 파전 Pa Jun. 파전 Pa Jun is made of flour, green onion, red pepper, so on... Actually 파 Pa means green onion, 전 Jun means pancake in Korean language, so 파전 means green onion pancake. It's recipe is here(in English) It is the side dish with meals, or with alcoholic drinks. And the black liquid in the bowl on 파전 Pa Jun is soy sauce.
