MAK-GUL-RI : Korean Rice Wine That liquid in bowls is 막걸리(MAK-GUL-RI). It tastes somewhat sweet and sour, and is made of rice. Good MAK-GUL-RI is very delicous. I liked it when student in university. Food 2006.11.30
