This is speed battery charger for cellular phone installed in subway. It costs 1,000 won(about 1 US dollar) and takes 10~20 minutes to charge. You can pay by credit card or traffic card called T-money.

There are many kinds of socks in the market. Especially, these are for children, so some toon characters are printed on them(in this picture, only American and Japanese characters are here...).

Who are they bowing to?

As I've said earlier, there are some Chinese people living in Korea. This is international phone call service advertisement for those people. The placard says, if you want to call to China, press 00300 and 86 and local area number, and phone number. We Koreans use Chinese charaters too, but not so often.
